Rerouting exposed water lines?

Has anyone rerouted or contemplated rerouting the exposed underside water lines of the 5.0ta? I took a quick measurement to determine the difference in length if rerouted to the interior, it adds approximately 6 ft of supply line and hot water that I would have to run to reach the kitchen sink. I have the u- shaped dinette and other than the electrical system and panels as obstacles, why couldn’t the hot and cold lines be brought indoors? Sure, the possibility of a water line leak near electrical components could be a problem, the same as it could be in your home. Possibilities are a gamble and freezing water lines are the favored odds in my opinion.
Being exposed to the harsh exterior road environment, possible freezing due to being uninsulated, it seems like a project to consider. I know the black and gray drains are exposed along with the water line from the supply tank, but I’ll deal with that as the project moves along. I’m not trying to make it a winter camper but looking at ways to improve cold weather surprises as we camp on the fringe seasons.

I just had the spray foam option applied to take care of this issue as well as keeping the trailer warmer.

I believe that Jim Bennett has contemplated this with his 5.0TA.

With the water heater under the driver side seat it should be relatively easy to run the lines around and under the "U" dinette to the kitchen side.
