Have others had cracks in their plastic sheeting? Is there something anyone does to prevent cracking, other than only using the remote?
Mine started lifting on the left side. They sent a new one to replace it.

We also had cracks in the plastic sheeting and then the back plate cracked and we threw the lock out. Another thing I noticed is that after some use you can tell what numbers are used in the combination by looking closely at the plastic sheet. The numbers used are all slightly depressed. That doesn't mean that anyone could necessarily guess the sequence but they could certainly see which numbers are used.
