Screen add-a-room

There is an option available for most Escapes for the screen add-a-room. Having purchased one and hooking it up I realize it is strictly for one season, summer use. Has anyone purchased a true "Add a room" that has weather proof sides for rain protection and perhaps 3 season use? I'm wondering if they are available for our units? Thanks for responding.

Jim, by summer season only, do you mean that it is essentially a screen room to keep the bugs off with no flaps or other covers to stop wind or rain?

Out of interest, how bulky is it when folded up and about how much does it weigh?

Yes, essentially a screen room. No rain or weather protection.

The purpose of the screen room is to keep the bugs out. It attaches to the awning. Folded up ( loosely, in my case ) it's about 2' x 3' x 1'. It's not that heavy, but it sure would be if you added rain flaps, and I presume, insulation and a furnace, for three-season use.
