Yes he did, and a grocery bag with 11 smaller sacks in it, one for each day on his Maine vacation. Sacks had little books, puzzles, wrapped candies, and little treats for keeping him occupied in the back seat when they are rolling. They are tent campers.

I think how "rare" is dependent on the local market too. My parents traveled to Florida from NJ for a 1999 Scamp 16 in great condition. After a year or so (and some upgrades) they sold it for quite a bit more in about a day. The fact that they rarely come up for sale in the Northeast helped drive that. Then to Virginia for an Escape which are even harder to find on the East Coast. In fact I've never even seen another one.

I sold a 2001 Casita 16' Spirit Deluxe in 2012. I sold it for 3/4 of what I had paid for it (very slightly used) 11 years earlier.

What helped me in setting the price was looking at what other Casitas of similar age etc. had sold for here:
Casita Trailers SOLD | Fiberglass RV's For Sale

It's not always clear that the price shown in the "Sold" section of this website is the actual sale price or what the original asking price was, but you get an idea of what the market value is for your unit.

Our Casita sold at full asking price within about 10 days.
