Shopping for Fiberglass camper
Hi there. Can you owners tell me if the Escape trailers have interior height enough for 6’5”? Thanks, Mike

6'5" will be tight. I am 6'3" and clear everywhere but under the AC (not ordering one) in a 21 but not by a ton.

The 19 is right at 6'-5" on paper. The A/C plenum typically hangs down an few inches too. At your height the best bet is likely the 5.0TA that varies from 6'-4" to 7'-0".

I had a fellow look over our first gen
21 with air pretty close. He had a short flat top haircut ( aircraft carrier) . He walked very straight up down the middle. His hair just brushed the air conditioner. He told me he was an honest 6’3”. Regular dress shoes . Might have picked up 3/4 inch if he’d had his shoes off.

I’m 604, Mike, 605 with shoes. Our first generation 21 has the extra insulation in the ceiling and walls. I cannot stand up straight with or without shoes. I’m fine lowering my head a little, and need to be conscious of the A/C anyway. When I stand at the counter, I spread my legs and have no problem.

I'm 6'2", I have about 6" between my head and the a/c on my 5.0TA. I'll be back to the Springfield ma area the 1st week of April if you want to see one.

Appreciate you all taking the time for feedback on my question. I will check out those suggestions and hope to be pleasantly surprised that I can indeed get an Escape. Mike
