Question Shower Curtains Continued

I have asked to delete the standard shower curtain, little clips and the metal track from the bathroom in my 17B which goes into production in just a few days I plan on using a regular shower curtain rod that extends up to 37 inches with some regular (though thin) shower curtain hooks. Can anyone tell me how far from the ceiling the door frame molding begins in the bathroom of a 17B? And, for those of you who have altered your shower curtains, could you please let me know if you are happy with keeping the length at 67or 68 inches or are you finding that it's a bit too long? I would like to determine how long to make mine as I prefer that it be just shy of touching the floor yet long enough to protect the door molding all the way down. I don't care about covering the toilet as I plan to just wipe it down along with the walls after a shower.
