The tire size is ST205/75R15. The overall inflated diameter of a tire of that size is about 27 inches (Goodyear says 27.1", and Escape currently does not use Goodyear tires, but it doesn't vary significantly by brand.)

None.

Escape used Goodyear (Marathon) for years, but switched to Carlisle (Radial Trail RH, at the time) a couple of years ago.

Good, I think all of those are rated N for 87 MPH so you are not at the limit doing 60/65 MPH. We did not have good luck with Marathons the 4 on our previous trailer had 2 that developed bulges in the inside wall, they were replaced under warranty and one that had a belt seperate. It did not explode like one of the China bombs (I do not remember brand )that were on the trailer previously at least. That one tore up the wheel well and part of the side. We changed them on the road to Marathons. We have always used a tire pressure monitor and it gave no warning except for the China Bomb after it disintegrated. Then it showed a sudden pressure loss. We ended up with Taskmaster Providers which are speed rated M and they worked well. And no we do not exceed 65 when towing., The fuel hit alone keeps us from pushing it.
