I notice the door to the bath is like what I did in my 19 when I reversed the opening so that it opens towards the front of the trailer.

I believe many 5.0 owners have had a cabinet door installed there so you can access that space from inside the trailer. Also think it's accessible from the outside via a hatch.

Nice length/speed etc...something ETI should make for all of their models.

How does the digital TV antennae work? I was going to use a Dish network "tailgater" which I had on my boat but would cost $100 month. Do you just mount a digital TV antennae on the roof and run a cable to TV? Help. Thanks Mel Tucker (5.0TA scheduled for pick up July 16)

The antenna is built in the roof and operates to pick up over the air channels. That said, we never used the antenna in our first 2 Escapes. If we stopped at a cg they had cable but most places once you leave the metro areas have little tv coverage. We dropped the antenna and just got the tv ready option with 12v outlet. You can carry a OTA antenna if you want

these can be put in your window.

Yepper... from an outside hatch. We store backpacks, trekking poles, yoga mats and an axe there.

For those interested in using a satellite receiver, look into DISH For My RV. You basically pay only for the time you using the system. We've had it for years and find it very convenient. When you're ready to head out, call DISH and have them activate the system. Depending on where you're traveling, you'll need to update the system with the zip code where you're located. When we get home, we merely call DISH and they turn off the system (up to 9 months) and we are billed $5/month for the time it's in "vacation mode".
