some more, observation, it is really convenient to be able to sit on the bed corner to put on one's shoes, could not do that in the Escape 19. The "U" dinette rear is completely empty and storage is 100%, on the street side with heater and converter you have about 50% and on the curb side with the battery, about 75% storage space available. The battery box appears to be the dual battery box, big enough to hold 2x6's or 2x12's. The closet is really deep.

I was telling Dave how famous he was. He did not realize how everyone talks about him.

Trailers looks great. Snow does not!!! Snow is petty but glad its yours.

more observations…where the microwave would go is my pantry with a 120v plug and above that is a tiny space but it goes back, good for food. The blue led refer is cool as well as the Jack antenna when it is tuning.

So, what were the two bonus options that you referred to?

Very nice Jim.

Looks like Escape is equipping new trailers with camping gear now. How much did that option cost?

Okay, I finally had to ask: Why is this called a 2014 Escape?

I think I got the first 2014, anything made after Dec1 is the next year's model.

I bought my '09 Pilot in early June of '08. My '09 19 I picked up early June of '09.

A lot of car companies will label their models as newer, particularly if they are new models, I believe yours was this for your Pilot, it was a second generation model. See here The second generation Pilot was released in late 2008 for the 2009 model. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_Pilot
Whereas the Escape year starts and ends Dec1 and Nov 30.
