I'm also eliminating the bike rack option, my bikes fold and can be carried inside. I'm going to go the dual 6v with solar due to the larger refer. Dropping the cot option and screen room. Upgrading the MaxxFan to model#7500 with remote and smoke lens. Replacing several lights with the captain lights, having tv/12v hookup installed in front and rear.
First mod will be exterior down lighting underneath the trailer to illuminate the ground underneath at night time. Working on installing led rope lights underneath, have to figure how to attach with the foam package.

Jim, if I remember the layout of the 21 there is no ventilation near the bed on the entrance door side of the sleep area...only the bathroom. An opening window in the door may be a way to get some more flow in that area. I know it sounds weird but you may want some type of ventilation in the front of the trailer next to the bathroom....and you can't have too many batteries!

Yes, I agree, Reace is also making the bath door shorter to allow air flow over and under the door. So a window in the bath or outside door would be nice with the MaxxFan over the bed pulling air out.

If you camp in weather that requires closing the door, why would you want to open a window, specifically that one?

Jim, you may also want to consider upgrading the stock converter that comes stock in the WFCO Panel because it does not charge the batteries adequately. Upgrade with a 45 amp Powermax model from BestConverter - Converters, Inverters, Electrical Supplies, Electronics. It will put out the required 14.6 - 14.8 charging voltage for your golf cart batteries and give you 4 stages of charge. I upgraded mine for around $170...

In rainy weather these awning windows are great to have because you can leave them open for ventilation, also at night you can lock the door but have the window open for air. I'm just thinking out loud, it is an option that wan't offered before.

Good idea, will Reace do this during the build out?

Of course, you close and lock the door at night to keep the beer thieves away!
