I checked, key#330 is not on the list, it works on the door latch but it will not go all the way in on the deadbolt. Tried, deicer, wd-40, hair dryer, next up, door removal, awaiting to hear back from Reace first.

PS could it be frozen inside the mechanism where the deicer can't get to it? Maybe a hair dryer is a good idea?....

Did you order the "Time Lock" option? :-)

Mine froze up with our recent cold snap, a hair dryer worked; I then coated the insides with lots of lithium spray grease and have had no problems since.

Try gently heating your key with a lighter. Keep inserting it until it warms up the tumbler. You may have frozen water in it.

Hair dry will work too. Just be careful.

BlackJack has been breached, took the door off and released the lock. Contacted Fastec and they will over night a replacement lock set with same key#. The panel lock is the master and the dead bolt is the slave. All the masters have one set of keys, that is how Dave can open the trailer, he has a master ket and only that lock is locked in shipment, the slave is peculiar to your unit and there is only one key to that. Escape does not lock that in shipment.
Replaced the door and reapplied silicone to the screws and can now start loading. Haven't decided whether to tow with just the panel lock operational. Update, Reace says he never locks the deadbolt while towing, so me may go camping, woohoo.

Reace only locks the panel lock while towing or shipping, the night latch is the only lock operational from the inside. If it ever sticks while you are inside you should have a phillips head screwdriver, that is what you will need to remove the lock cover and release the mechanism. From the exterior you will need the square driver fro the hinge screws. Both will be kept in my tool bag near the outside hatch, as anyone in the cg has a key to that compartment.

There is sooo much more room than the 19'!!!, Although 8" wider and 18" longer, it really does make a difference. I thought the chrome support in the kitchen was a wire chase, wrong. The little cubby over the microwave is so deep as is the closet, the drawers are fantastic and the refer is bigger than some of the trailers over on FGRV. Love the blue led lights and the captain lights are not as cool white as I thought, I can get used to them. I'm using a 700 watt electric heater right now since I do not have any propane and it's right around 55 with outside being 25. When you turn on the Jack antenna it too has neat tuning blue leds. Almost like a 60's psychedelic show inside.

When I took off the door I noted it is now insulated and heavier than my 19' was. Really impressed with everything. Pictures will follow as soon as I find a missing cable for downloads.
