The Propane Song

To the tune of Eric Clapton's / JJ Cale's "Cocaine":

If you wanna boondock, but your genset's locked
Propane.
And your fridge has bad news-- it's got those 12-volt blues
Propane.

She don't lie, she don't lie, she don't lie,
Propane.

Want a steaming pot, but your water's not hot
Propane.
And you're not a slave to that microwave
Propane.

She don't lie, she don't lie, she don't lie
Propane.

If your furnace won't light and it's a chilly night
Propane.
And your honey is cold (yeah, she thinks you're too old)
Propane.

She don't lie, she don't lie, she don't lie
Propane.

------
Inspired by my apparent overconsumption of the substance. Propane, that is.

Made my day. Nope, made my summer, year.
When are you recording it?

Mike,

I used to heat my house with propane - to the tune of more than $2000 per year. Count yourself lucky that you only use propane when camping. And your usage is not all that far out of line - probably more furnace use than I would but SO WHAT!?!?

To paraphrase the (obnoxious) JG Wentworth structured settlement ads - it's your propane, use it when YOU want.

My honest first thought.... too much free time. Later.... How do I get this ear wig out of my head?
It should become a campfire hit.

Maybe we can get Brad Paisley to record it.
