There is no sealant, I'm talking about replacing just the vent cover, the rest of the vent should be watertight attached to your roof.

Casita on the block and two months to go!

With regrets I put the Casita in the classifieds two days ago. Someone is coming today to look and I think it will be gone. It makes me sad to see it go. The wife and I decided that we probably would not have a chance to get out again before the September pickup. The excitement builds! How soon does ETI actually start the build before your completion date?

If my memory serves me well, 2-3 weeks. So you should start receiving them in August.

Mine started 5 weeks before "scheduled" completion date. They finished it 10 days early so they could get it on the delivery truck headed this way, told me they have 2 weeks extra time built in in case there are delays getting parts.
