Hey Governor Reynolds send me my $5 for promotional consideration.

Iowa and South Dakota have some of the nicest rest stops encountered on our cross country trips. they even provide a fenced in pet area to allow your pet some space. Nice touch......So many rest area have the pet area way over yonder that you get the feeling they are unwanted visitors, but not Iowa nor South Dakota.
