Stumbled upon this interesting way to add reflectors to the rear plus also "keep" the sewer hose bumper caps in place.
Tho I have never lost a sewer cap.
Has anyone here ?

ways to make rear of Escape more attention grabbing, that is legal in all states?
The sewer hose is not stored in the bumper on an Escape. That's too narrow to store a decent sewer hose even if you wanted to. Escape installs a separate round plastic storage tube, inboard and below the bumper. That is a far superior arrangement, even if the bumper was large enough to accommodate the hose - since a wet sewer hose would promote rust and corrosion if stored in the bumper. And yes, it's quite common to "lose" a sewer hose storage cap, because they have a tiny plastic hinge that is easily broken. (The one in the photo below is similar to the one used on Escapes). Some folks have modified the sewer hose storage tube by adding screw on end caps or a more robust cap secured with a cable or pin.

Just about anything is bright at night. I don't travel at night except under dire emergencies. Tom on the U-Haul Facebook page added LED lighting under the bumper.

Go Beverly Hillbilly with a 5' Kenai dipnet hoop, 8' handle and a aerocart on the 1UP rack. People will give you lot's of room. Scott

Or 6' plastic fence posts one with the slinky and the other with a collapsible 6' ladder with stainless steel spring loaded clips on each side...for those of us with too much time on our hands..
