But for 150 bucks I would just purchase either of the West Marine products and add a lumbar support pillow to them. That should work.

We use them in the dinette. Also, when placed in opposite corners of the bed it turns that space into a comfortable lounge. Place the two pillows side by side and you can watch a video on your computer, placed on a box between you.
Those are very economical too! We’ll probably get those. Jim uses similar lounge pillows in his Escape, see post #4:
