We've sold the Escape

A couple of months ago, neighbours left a note asking if we wanted to sell the 2009 Escape 17. We asked a fair price, and they agreed. They are supposed to be here any minute to take it away.

A bit sad.

On the bright side, you don't have to wash and wax it.

How many years did you own it?

We had it 7 years.

When we bought it, I was herding sheep with the dog, and we would use it to camp at the farms where we trained and competed. I don't do that anymore, but I did use the trailer in conjunction with my new hobby: endurance cycling. And we did take one or two trips a year.

A planned driving trip to Manitoba this summer was cancelled when a relative took a short-term job in Newfoundland, and we decided to fly there for a visit.

We weren't looking to sell, but the money is welcome.
