What did you do for your Escape today.....

My unlimited data plan means that I can download an unlimited amount of data continuously 24/7. I had the feature originally before Verizon discontinued it and now have it grandfathered every time I buy a new phone.

Never heard of them before, but "Wind Mobile" apparently has plans that include unlimited talk, text and data in both the US and Canada for $39 a month -- no roaming charges like Verizon. Their coverage map looks a little spotty, and you'd need either their phone or an unlocked iPhone, but might be worth checking out for those who go between Canada and the US frequently:

I think Wind is gasping for breath.
Canadian government keeps giving away bandwidth in an attempt to "open" up the market ( not willing to allow American cell companies yet ). Yet, the big three, Telus, Bell and Rogers, continue to own it.
The little guys are sucking wind ( so to speak ).

That is the speed I was doing along there pulling my 19 with my Pilot. Maybe 5 mph faster on the downhills. I did pass a few vehicles, but had many more pass me. Fuel consumption at that speed starts getting noticeably worse.

We went thru there on our way to Osoyoos, seems like everyone was in a rush to get out of Dodge, that place and Denver were both unfriendly towing experiences.

Went through there on the way to and from the Grand Canyon last year. I have never seen so much tire carnage and/or people fixing flats on the side of the road. We felt lucky to get through there without a flat.

Back to the subject matter at hand. Today I went out and opened my sewer hose holder and was confronted with an awful smell. I pulled out my hose from the holder and stretched it completely out to allow complete drying. Looking inside one can see puddles of water. I took my drill and drilled 6 x 1/4' holes along the bottom as well as the ends to allow better air as well as drainage. Hopefully this will take care of the issue at hand.

Since we're all futzing with fans for the fridge, perhaps a solar-powered fan set up to blow through the stinky while it's stored in the pipe is a option?

I changed out the transfer switch in the 19'. It "died" about 14 days after we picked up our unit on May 2nd. Reace said this was the first time he had one go bad. He shipped us a new one that I installed today. Back to "good as new." During the interim, I used an extension cord and tapped directly into the inverter. As always, great customer service at Escape!

Jim, is the pipe insulation you used the round split type that goes over a pipe? If so, how big was the gap that you filled in with the pipe insulation? in my 21 the gap is about 2-1/2" and I can't find any pipe round type pipe insulation that big.
