I might agree with you but all things kitchen are beyond my pay grade.
While this is mostly true at home, when camping I do as much cooking and cleaning as the chief cook, though kinda like doing it then.

I am finding more and more that there are lots of places where there is no burning allowed.
Yeah that's what we are seeing too. We picked up our trailer two weeks ago and spent 4 days on the road bringing it home... first three have burn bans and the last one is so smokey that we didn't even think about having open fire of anything..
Do you cook with paper pots and eat with paper forks too? Dish water is always needed for clean up, even for wiping counters and tables.

Ditto, I don't eat off paper plates at home and it would seem wasteful to be disposing of plates everyday when regular plates can be reused indefinitely.
