Happy Canada day to all our Canadian forum members and to all at ETI!

We were advised by ETI a few months ago that due to a Canadian Holiday on July 1st, that our build sheet was due June 31st (our hatch date is Sept 4th). After 10 reiterations we actually signed our build sheet 2 weeks ago and so far we are good to go.... Although Charlie says "Not so far... We are good to go!"
Happy Canada Day!!!!

I know we had an issue with an extra second on the clock yesterday... but where did we gain another whole day? June 31st?

Happy Canada y'all!

Interesting article:

How Canada is perceived around the world - Canada - CBC News

"Periodic surveys continue to show that Americans like Canadians more than anyone else in the world. However, Americans know very little about their closest neighbours to the north."

I'd say that both of these statements are true. Only way to truly learn about Canada is to GO VISIT. Buying an Escape gives you an excellent excuse to do so.

Happy Canada Day to all Canadian citizens. Until Alf let me know about the formation of Canada the other day, I had no clue. So much for the American education curriculums. I did some research as to how Canada was named. Two guys were chosen to name the new country. They hatched this plan. They got a bag of children's alphabet blocks and decided to pull out a few blocks to use to make a name. First block, Jacque says C eh? Second block is an N eh? Third block is a D eh? CANADA. I got more but they are not forum acceptable.
Happy Holiday, don't drink too much of that good Canadian beer eh?

I'm having a great Canada Day in Juneau, Alaska. Managed to think ahead and bring my flag with me so I could fly it today. I must be among those 3 or 4 Canadians who actually fly a flag. It always amazes me at the difference between Americans and Canadians when it comes to hoisting the flag.

Love these long hours of daylight although they take some getting used to. Sundown at midnight and sun rise a couple of hours later, love it. Although now that we're much more South than Fairbanks and the sun sets just after 10:00 p.m.
