I love the 4 place setting of Corelle that we bought for our "new to us" Escape 19. I have some old tin plates that we used many years ago and find I reach for them sometimes before the Corelle. I shopped for kitchen things at home and at Thrift Stores! One item that I use a lot is a small crock pot - so handy for heating pre made things like Chili, soups, crock pot lasagna etc. while you're off on a hike or bike ride! A must too is a dish pan for washing dishes outside! Have fun stocking your kitchen.
