Where else would this happen?

Received a call from Reace today, he wants to rebuilt my "U" shaped dinette and wanted to alert me that the next pictures will show it being different. He was gone last week and upon arrival back to work today did not like the look of my dinette layout. He is going to move the converter over to the heater side and the solar panel readout to the rear. The cut off switch will be in the corner and the 120v/12v outlets will be on the rear and on the curb side. He felt this will open up the entire rear for more storage, right now the storage is all chopped up between the 3 sides.
I asked him will it impact my completion and he assured me no. Now where else would you think this would happen? Scamp or Casita? Gotta love Escape.

Long before I had seen a Escape, I decided to buy based on what you've all shared here. There are few businesses left these days where the customers are the best advertisement.

There's a book out there that talks about striving for raving fans instead of just satisfied customers. I'd say that Reace, Tammy, Kim and crew have built an owner base of "raving fans!" Congratulations to them!

They strive to build the best trailer. Gene from the Casita forum said it took Casita 7 years before they installed a CO & LP alarm in their trailers. Escape is #1 in the Molded Fiberglass Trailer World.

I worked as a Manufacturer's Rep for a BC company for 25 years. The first 5 on a handshake. They did what Escape does, always going the extra mile (kilometer ) for the customer, and I was never taken advantage of. That is more than I can say for some of the other lines I carried. Maybe it's a BC thing.

What a different experience than going to a local dealer and choosing off the lot. A semi-custom trailer, built to order. We bought used this time, but I would not hesitate to buy new from Escape.
