The first time we sat in a '19 we knew the dinette seat had to be raised. We bought a used '19 and one of the first mods we did was to raise the dinette. The whole sordid tale is in a thread on this forum.

For us it has been a big improvement.

Thanks.

It is set into the floor instead of sticking up. ETI installed it for us. This allows the floor to be flat when we don’t have the table up. We can put a small rug over it and the hole disappears.
What a nice looking 19. Is that fabric the Sunbrella Dupione Palm Green?

Hi Hugh I remember we were kind the first to improve our sitting and got a lot of flake for it . We also added more foam to the bottom seat 6 in . So much better . Pat

The fabric is a Crypton fabric called Reed-Sprig. It has a very nice texture for upholstery.
