I buy 100 ft rolls of 1 inch tape as I've designed my products around that standard width. It's rated at 20 lbs per square inch in shear (when fully cured @ 72 hours with no load) so you can easily figure what strength you'll have on smaller pieces. It cuts very easy with standard scissors, so teflon should work even better.
