My local RV service removed the refrigerator and moved the baffle and installed insulation. Sent copy of repair receipt. Escape service wants to complimentary pay a little under half of cost. They don't consider that their tech might have been having a bad day when building trailer. I've called Karl Kenny twice but no response yet.

What does the receipt show, was the entire cost sealing the hole or did they also do other service? Shame they only offered 50% if the cost was from poor install. When I had my trailer inspected last summer I was told my grease seals were leaking, $120 repair and Escape sent me $60. I did not pursue it and was happy for the $60 vs contacting Dexter. I'll have to mount something and drill an observation hole over the refer in mine and report back.

Two screws in the back, four in the front edge, disconnect the gas, DC, and unplug the electric cord - the fridge will slide right out.

Takes about 10 minutes to do and you can inspect the top, side, bottom, etc. all you want.
