Nice work. And the spices also appreciate it. Being stored in a cool, dark place.

You may need to fit heavier hinges.

Now down thirty bucks, I resorted finally to using a tube of Weldon #16 acrylic cement I already had. Holding fast as we speak.
I make holders similar to that for the toy-hauler folks that tape on. Wall mounted on either side of their electric beds that go up and down at the rear.

My biggest challenge is resisting the urge to put 6 gallons in my 6 gallon container. 3 - 4 gallons works well, Maybe my fitbit will encourage me to make more trips instead of the macho urge to carry too much weight!

I get around that by using two 10 liter containers. If I have to go any distance to a water tap there're a more balanced load to carry or I sling them over the bike like saddle bags. They also have the advantage of almost totally supporting themselves when you're putting the water in the tank.

I'm not sure I'd leave that unsupported, in the 21' model only the fg wall is behind the water fill, no support boards at all. I do not remember the 19' set up.

This is pretty much what I do too, Ron. The nozzle supports much of the weight at the front, and no extra devices needed.

I learned early in life from my grandpa carrying buckets of chop to feed the pigs, where it is much easier to carry two half full buckets. Much easier on the body.

No worries, the jerry can was empty. But, as Jim said, just being able to have the spout supported while the water gurgles out is so much easier.

I used to lug a larger jerry can. First with one arm until it got tired then switch arms. Repeat as necessary. Took me a while to figure out 2 smaller cans are so much easier.

Today's low rent-cobbed-out version: 2.5 gallons and sure, looks brilliant but also just not working for me. Problem is clear; too stubborn to spend $25+ beans on the right jug with the right handle and right nozz.

The long, warm days promote tinkering with my '19 along with a good excuse to to promote the value of Amazon's stock price. The fan is a Caframo "Bora" model, made in Canada. It's a three-speed unit and is relatively quiet (much less so than the AC). Removed the light over the foot of the bed and tapped into the wiring there for power. The other mod is an outdoor stereo set up I configured for little expense. The amp is a Lepai 40 watt (20/20) unit that you can get for around $20 usd. If you look closely, you can see that I am using my SanDisk MP3 player (attached with velcro) for my music source. I had some old, outdoor Bose speakers that I just sit on the ground. Shows my age that I use hardwired speakers instead of bluetooth, but like I said, they were on a shelf in the garage collecting dust. In all, it sounds great. And of course, when the intro to the Allman Brothers' "Whipping Post" comes on, I can share it with the entire campground. The amp is also attached to the rear hatch with heavy-duty velcro with adhesive on the back (and a pop rivet at the top and bottom of each strip).

Great mods! A few questions on the fan:
Does the fan come with a cigarette lighter plug or just bare wires?
How long are the wires?
What are the dimensions?
Is there an on/off switch or did you have to add that when you wired it?
Thanks!

What, you mean that we still manufacture something in Canada?

That's a great location for a small fan. We use ours all the time. Being right by the window and blowing in colder air gives it more bang for the buck.

Really like that fan in that spot as a replacement to the light fixture. May steal this idea.

Maybe it's like we have in the US, "made in the USA"
means mfd. somewhere far away and assembled, or at least 'the cover installed' here.
