Right. Shipping international brings up a host of other issues. We had the same issue with the Horst Probes. I probably spent $250 or so in international shipping charges alone during our build. Eventually I stopped shipping things to them if there was any possibility that they could install them on the morning of our pickup - like the Oxygenics Shower Head.
I don't recall which item it was, but one time I calculated the shipping costs to Sumas and it was around $7. To Chilliwack? $86.
