Between the huge side window you will have lots of light but not much privacy with the front blinds open. If I did it again I'd get the extra window over the night stand, that looks perfect for that dark spot.

I have a small command hook tray that holds glasses, flashlight, and other small items.
I also have another bigger clear one shaped for file folders - I use it for magazines and my Kindle.

Hi Jim
When Rita yells at me for not pulling the blinds down I simply state that anyone looking in is seeing the best man they'll see all week. She rarely argues but laughs a lot. We store most frequently used items in the cubbies by the door and a few things in plastic holders command stopped to the wall. First thing I do is turn on a corner captains light and seeing gets a lot easier.
