Both places have reinforcement in the walls. I used small chain from Home Depot to drop the top of the curtain to allow the AC air to flow above it into the bed area. Here are some pictures.

So the 19 is easier, here is our answer to travelling with our 16 year old daughter!

Berndad's E19 Modifications....
So I finally got around to several modifications.
I had originally intended to do a lot of these on our 5000 mile maiden voyage home in th "Full Quiver".
What a laugh! No time to do anything but drive and learn systems. http://www.escapeforum.org/forums/at...1&d=1568469148
Lagun table mount, battery monitor, and 12 volt fan replacing a factory installed captains light.

More mods to our 2019 Escape 19
Last comes an idea from the forums with a simple stainless push through lock, not very secure, but we are just talking about PVC fence post and caps (5"x5")

Would love to, we are still learning where they are.
I am still pre retirement so have limited vacation, but we are looking for one close enough and with the right timing. Is there a thread that shows all the Rallies?

I looked at current draw of the different Maradyne fans and opted for lower , it is very nice and pushes loads of air even on low.

Marine stores carry lots of 12V fans. West Marine usually has a display of all their fans with switches so you can turn them on to feel the air movement. We personally like the Caframo.

Love the mods, and - slightly off the "mod" topic - where did you get that nice looking ladder?!

Not too bad.
I like a little white noise at night and when combined with the Fantastic fan, it is a good balance.
Certainly much quieter than the AC fan! especially on low.
It really helps with overall circulation as well.
