Cabinet above microwave

Picked up our 5.0TA yesterday and was pleased to find that they put a device on the door that holds it up when opened!

I wonder if the lift supports are all the same. For all trailers[2015-2018].Perrhaps one could order the lift supports from ETI.

When Reace was here at the beginning of his cross-countries trip to fix the crappy water hose in the bathrooms of the new 21 footers, he admired the hinges (or whatever they're called when they hold the door up) on the small cabinet door (that they're not installing any longer - bummer!) above the microwave cabinet. I told him I got it off ebay and that he should look into using something like that, if it was needed.

I don't know if this had any influence on this situation, but you never know!
