Yes Jim, I started the 2013 camping season on Good Friday with three nights in Banff at the Tunnel Mountain II campground.. its open all year but is quite a bit cooler then BC in the winter time. Its only 10 miles from my home and 25 miles from my escapes winter storage spot so it makes a great spot for a shakedown cruise to make sure all systems wintered ok. After that success I came over to the (relatively) warmer side of the rockies on Monday for a more extended stay and some spring skiing.
