Custom 21 fitted sheets?

Anyone ever used this outfit? I was quoted $79 for a fitted sheet to fit a mattress with a 45 degree cut corner; elastic all the way around the bottom with 300 thread count material.

I used them for purchase of their Aire-Flow moisture barrier product for under the mattress. Didn’t have any problems.

Sounds like a fair price for a custom job.

I bought XL full sheets at BB&Beyond for $39, I don't want to limit my options by making one corner custom so I'll use an elastic clip to keep them in shape. I also plan to make a custom cover for the bed matching my valence material which should also help tidy things up..

I always thought, with some of the knitters, sewers we have here on the forum, that someone could make some easy $$ making custom covers, sheets for the E21 with the modified mattress. The E19 items were easy to purchase, but the standard full for the E21 is made without the cut and always looked a little unkept in my eyes. Make some custom covers and bring them to the Osoyoos rally, they could pay for your stay there.....I'd purchase a sheet set and cover if I did not have to pay for shipping.....just thinking out loud.

Great Idea! We pick up R:Escape on the 28th of Sept. If this works and doesn't cost too much, I will bring them with me to Osoyoos and see what happens. I'm not the Goddess of Seamstresses but upholstery is pretty easy. Thank you!

Yup, my wife thought it a good idea to add to my business, but when I brought up the issue of colors driving a large amount of inventory costs, she backed down...

Be like Henry Ford. Offer "any color as long as it's black." Or gray, or whatever color you decide to sell. I think the custom nature of the sheet will outweigh objections over color... assuming you don't pick something wild like orange!

Well, wifey is considering the seamstress role for making fitted 21 sheets. However, they would be expensive as she will only use 600 thread count Egyptian cotton. The 300 count sheets on that website sell for $79. We'll see how well she does on her first set for our trailer.............
