Dinette Mod - Escape 19
I am planning raising the non U-shaped dinette seating/floor in my E19. I want to accomplish improvements with window viewing, Lagun pedestal, shoe storage, front USB charging station and electronic switches/monitoring. Will use Eggscape plan of shoes under front of raised floor with storage front wall bench to bench compartment.
At this stage in planning I want to create additional under passenger side bench storage for a lot of footwear! For us both, we have a pair for hiking, running, biking, shower, slippers and campground. Some are dirty and possibly wet so open storage for drying, venting and floor cleaning is essential. I may even look at some storage in our pickup to alleviate amount of shoes in trailer but need to make sure they dry when in cooler climes.
For USB dock I want it above or under moveable Lagun mounted table on front wall. Also would like to mount a 350-400W inverter, raised USB/electrical plugs and upgrade On/Off power switch to a Blue Seas.
Input from others would be appreciated especially success or changes to past mods.
