I am not sure in the 21, but I know I have found lots of runs in cabinets and other places. A look for a set of 12V will soon tell.
What about tying in to the bath light, is it not on the wall opposite where you want the fan? There are the captain's lights too, you could tie in there and either come down the wall, or worse case go down the corner and over to the bath wall.
The fan does not draw much. Worst case scenario you would blow a fuse, but I really doubt it. If that happened you would need to run a feed all the way back to the converter.
