It took perhaps a minute longer to remove the screw thread ring and replace it with the twist lock ring than it sometimes takes me to screw the threaded ring on. Highly recommended!

Now that I'm home for a bit and can get packages without them sitting on the front porch for anyone wandering by to steal, I will be ordering this device. I was not able to get that stupid ring thingie to screw in while using the trailer this past week. ARGH!!!!

So thrilled that this non-screw ring thingie was posted about.

This is the Marinco Sealing Ring I ordered from Amazon. It's not the same brand as what's shown on the removable power cord cover, but it does work.

My Marinco ring came today. 30 seconds to swap them out, and 15 more to plug in securely. Nice!
