Just a Few More Build Sheet Questions for the 19

1. The Escape comes with two roof vents. One is a Maxx fan. What is the reason for an upgrade to the 7000k with remote or the 7500k with remote? Not so concerned about the remote but would like to know they have a thermostat and cover in case of rain. What works in your 19'?
2. If you buy your own microwave, does the Escape have a lip or door to keep it from falling out of the cabinet?
3. Is the door in the front of the bed an add on?
4. If you put a drawer in the closet, is there a top on it or is it open to hanging clothes?
5. Does the spray foam insulation under the trailer help to protect the pipes and tanks from freezing, or does it prevent the heat from the trailer from warming the pipes and tanks?
6. What is a toilet shutoff valve?
7. If you opt for a cell phone booster, the charge is $100 to install it. What is involved in the installation? What is a good one for Verizon?
Decisions. Decisions. Dollar signs. Dollar signs.

Escape uses the classic MaxxFan design, with a built-in rain hood: it can be wide open in rain - no problem. This design is available in different models, with features such as remote control, but the model supplied as standard equipment by Escape has the rain hood.

The tanks under the floor (freshwater and grey waste) are right against the bottom of the floor, so there is nothing (including none of the optional spray foam insulation) between these tanks and the floor. As a result, the foam (which surrounds all other sides of the tanks) helps to protect the tanks from freezing, by keeping in the heat from the trailer.

2. If you buy your own microwave, does the Escape have a lip or door to keep it from falling out of the cabinet? No. The microwave is held in place by brackets on the sides. They're wood/woodgrain with wood colored buttons covering the screws so they blend in with the cabinetry. If you look at build photos, you'll find several examples.
3. Is the door in the front of the bed an add on? No. Standard double door. You can add a door on the end of the dinette bench (to your right as you enter the trailer) if you like. We find that one handy for our laundry basket.
4. If you put a drawer in the closet, is there a top on it or is it open to hanging clothes? Not sure what you're asking. If you want a closet rod at the top AND a shelf, there won't be much depth for hanging clothes.

The installation charge is for mounting an antenna and running a cable, depending on which equipment you supply. Be aware that you have to supply the equipment to ETI before the build starts. I'd suggest searching threads for WiFi or Antenna or Wilson Sleek, etc for ideas on what I and others have done. The idea is to provide a better signal to whatever piece of equipment is providing your WiFi signal - a phone, a Hotspot, etc.
