Lagun table

Ordered and received my Lagun table in one day!!! Got it installed yesterday. Yeepee I used two Simpson shelf brackets to provide stability behind the mount along with 1" angle iron on top of furring strips on the back bench. The table top is 30"x20" and was repurposed from an adjustable height folding table I had. This setup is perfect for two for lounging, dining, playing cards, etc.

Brenda,

This looks great. If you get a moment, would you post a photo of the mounting? I'm also planning on using the Simpson brackets and it would be useful to see how you used them.

Rich

Lagun table mount

Here you go Rich. The Simpson Strong Tie heavy duty shelf brackets work well. There is no flex in the bench wall.

Thanks Brenda, that looks like a most excellent installation! It's good to know that choosing Simpson Strong Tie brackets was good.
