Lagun Table for 5.0TA
We are planning to order a 5.0TA next year and are interested in installing a Lagun table. Has anyone done this and what do you use for the table top? Would love to see pictures!
Any leads on a used 5.0TA would also be appreciated! Thanks!

there are several posts on the Lagun mount. I did this install earlier this year. I used a small table top I already had while waiting for my teak tabletop to arrive. A very worthwhile mod and much better function and form than factory table.

Your teak table is sharp looking (meaning very nice). Is it a marine table or did you make it?

I don't imagine you got lucky enough to have it fit for use as a bed?

We are using the Lagan bracket with the standard table on our 5.0 TA with the stock table.
We have U shaped dinette. Works great, the best thing being that there is nothing under table allowing my 90 lb dog a place to lie down out of the way. Takes only a minute to completely remove table or to convert to bed. Love it

I'm seriously considering replacing my Springfield pedestal with a Lagun mount. I think it'll work better in the 19. My U-shaped dinette is really small compared to ones in the 21 and 5.0TA. Opening up that floor space and having the ability to remove the table sounds ideal.

That's very nice. Out of the way when you don't need it, and huge table space when you do.

Just what I was thinking. I like the Springfield over the stock legs, but miss being able to remove it.
Supposedly on sale from Lagune for $169 delivered.

Pretty Close
Well, $172.22 according to the amount posted to my VISA card for my order yesterday, including delivery to Tallahassee, FL. Slated for arrival tomorrow. I'm excited.
If anyone has installed this in a 21 U-shaped dinette with the standard ETI installed inverter, please post pictures and descriptions of what you did. The inverter is located on the floorspace behind the end panel where others have mounted L-shaped brackets to reinforce the end panel. If no one's done it yet, I guess I'll be the guinea pig.

Yes, Padlin, it will fit between the benches to use as a bed; however, I feel it's too thin to hold up much weight and would more than likely bow if used in that manner. I cut two pieces of 3/4" PVC boards to length and use those with the cushions to make a lounge or single bed if need be. These boards are easily stored under the cushions or the bench.

I was thinking that. Besides, it's a beautiful piece of Teak and quite expensive. In my case if I ever switched I'd keep the table that came with the trailer to use when making up the bed.

I have my original table supplied by ETI stored underneath the bed. If I need to make the dinette into a double bed, I'm set.
