i remember seeing a post that said i need to cut down one of the pieces on my leveler set 1 and a half inches so it will fit between the tires. Just to be sure is it 1 and a half inches and just one of them? cant remember the name but its the red ones lots of people use.

And yes, you need to cut down at least one of them. 1 1/2" sounds about right, I just did trial and error. I just cut them both at the same time. I use mine a fair bit when boondocking.

I used a compound mitre saw, made a square cut, then an angle cut to take of the top of the square cut.

thanks i will give these instructions to my step father he is almost 90 but he is great in the shop he does my trailer mods. right now he is building a stand for my world atlas -for my home. He just finished working on a giant old ship wheel for the yacht club.
