It could be a regional thing as far as recycling goes.

If we are not going to be away for more than days, I will normally bring all of the recyclable containers back home with us, as my teenage daughter uses them as a source of income. For further away, or longer stays, we use whatever recycling facilities are provided in the campgrounds. My experience is that many/majority of National and Provincial Parks will have separate garbage and recycling bins to use.

Over 2 years ago I did a cross country trip from Seattle to Lexington KY and then up to Brainerd MN and back home. Not in a trailer or motorhome, but my FJ and hotels. Hardly any of the rest stops had containers for recycling, even in WA state (where we do a ton of recycling from our homes). About the first one I found was crossing into MO. I about wadded their plastic bottle container full as I was hauling it with me until I found a place to recycle them.

When I took my motorhome rental trip earlier this year, I found most of the campgrounds I stayed at had recycling containers - this was in OR and CA.

It would make a nice clothes hamper but lifting the mattress is near impossible.
ETI will build a door for you and ship it direct. We put a door on the bath side just for the shoes box.

Charlie, that looks like a pretty slick setup. For now, the space at the foot of the bed is where the trash can and shoes went. And all of the space under the bed is as of now still unused. Also, whats the story on your shower pan base? Loren

That's a bamboo shower platform. Think I ordered it from Amazon - perfect drop in for the pan.

You can fit a really big drawer under the 21 bed - ours is 12 wide, 10 hi, and 36 inches deep. Rides on 200# full extension slides. We use it for wifeys clothes; has a movable divider so as clean clothes turn into laundry, we move the divider along the inside to put the dirty stuff in the far end.

I realize some of y'all are happy for that blank spot, as its a way of getting out of the bed without disturbing your partner. For those that have done something with that spot, please post up your ideas.
I always thought that's where the dog water will go, and maybe a removable trash or other bin attached to the cabinet above it. If you don't put it there, where does the dog water go?

Outside? We have never considered putting it inside actually, in nearly 25 years of owning an RV (and a dog ). Seems potentially messy.
