This is an FYI for people who have wanted to modify their "Snap-Caps" to a different color and for those looking to purchase a different stove top for their build. I recently ran across both of these in looking for something else.
The first has "Snap-Caps" in 64 different colors. (Maybe you don't need to paint them.) These caps cover the screws that hold the backsplash and the valences on. The standard Escape color is beige. Some of you have wanted different colors. Here is a supplier.

Additionally, I have recently discovered an RV supplier in Washougal, Washington. This is normally a shipping supplier but I found that you can stop by their warehouse and pick up previously ordered items. They carry Fiamma products as well as many of the European style stove tops with the glass covers. Washougal is not too far off I-5 if people are heading up to Chilliwack. Just a thought if you were looking for a different stove top AND ETI is willing to install it.
