I tried mine on the ceiling first but am too blind to read any of it so I cut it down to size for my wall (sorry Texas, Louisiana, and Florida). Thanks for such a great idea for a mapophile such as I, Scott!

Great idea Karen, but what about a roll up map, like the old blinds? That way you could see Texas - Texas is important ....

That's a good idea, too. It could be mounted above the rear dinette and pulled down over the rear window. But the stick-on-the-wall map was easier for me, and the odds of me even getting the trailer below the 40th parallel north are slim to none.

My Latest Modification
This is for the benefit of denjess.
At the Spring NOG in Waterloo, Dennis and Jessica, and Debbie and I had just picked up our Escapes in Chilliwack. It was raining a bit in Waterloo, and Dennis had yet to install the wrap-around mat to his entrance step. On our second day at the NOG, Dennis installed the mat, and we all toasted "His First Mod" to his 19.
Like many others on this forum, we use a wooden clothespin to hold the stove vent flap open for ventilation. A great idea! Today, as my latest mod, I replaced the clothespin with this white plastic potato chip bag clip. It blends in so good, I'll probably forget to remove it for travel. But Dennis, I hope you are proud!

Well, I think a plastic chip clip is way classier than a wooden clothes pin and is quite the mod.

Fridge latch
Here are few modifications one for more storage and a latch for the fridge to keep it closed, we had a rather unfortunate incident. It is a patio door lock, where the pin screws into the block added to the fridge.

I really like your refrigerator lock nicely done nicely done it sure beats the use of a bungee cord

A very good idea, but if you overstuff the fridge, it won't expand like a bungee.....

When I'm driving, I don't see the bungee, and when I'm camped, I remove it.
No holes.

I have to confess I used a bungee cord in my Escape 19 and I'm still using the same bungee cord on my Bigfoot 21 refrigerator.

Looks good, and more importantly, this should be much more secure than a bungee cord and more convenient (and probably more secure) than a strap.
