We can't have too many windows (i.e. too much light) in the trailer. Before we discovered and bought Escape, we looked at lots of other compact trailers, all of which felt to us like dungeons inside.

The extra ventilation and views are icing on the cake.

Great point, and interesting to hear your experience and decision.
Thank you for your comment. True, having more light is a definite plus! That's one of the reasons I am trying to "escape" the cold, dark north for warmth and light down south during the winters.

We like the kitchen window for many reasons
1) At night, if we leave that window ajar and the maxx fan running, we eliminate the condensation We live in a very dry climate and condensation can be a problem if we aren't careful due to us just breathing.
2) When preparing meals or washing dishes, I can be part of the activities going on outside. We usually BBQ but there is still a lot preparation going on inside.
3) We enjoy the added light and don't feel claustrophobic.
4) It is an awning style and nice to have air even on a rainy day.
