Outside restoration and renovations are finished! She's beautiful!

I seriously couldn't love Sarandipity more than I do now. She's beautiful! I picked her up from the shop yesterday and she's now updated and 'unique to me'. The inside renovations were finished in January and it made me realize how badly I wanted the outside updated.

I've been full timing locally for almost two months to work out the kinks and now she's finished just in time for me to hit the road July 2nd.

Check it out!

There are lots of before and after with a list of everything that was done. But I've included a sneak peek here too.

Just looked it up on Google. So cute! I didn't even realize it but you're right, it does look similar.

Why didn't I think of that? But, my mind's eye acted as my Photoshop so I "envisioned it" there. Thank goodness it turned out even better than I hoped.

Thanks, Carla! I use the cupboard (pantry) a lot. It's come in very handy. I used the flip up desk the other day to do some watercolor art and was thankful for the space inside to work on it. It was 112 degrees out that day.

I'd been wondering how the a/c was keeping up in all that heat down there and that you're not under any shade.

So, how did you paint the interior? I know at some point the white walls inside will drive me nuts (detest white walls; only one room in our house has them and that will change at some point). Did you use a brush or spray paint? Any particular paint brand? How's it holding up? Thanks.

Yep, that's one mighty nice looking trailer you have there - both inside and out.

Oh, the heat... I was miserable for a while in the other campground, but have moved to the KOA where there's a huge amount of shade under the solar panel structure. It's much better!
The paint was sprayed with a good primer undercoat and then two light coats of the color. Used Valspar from Lowes. It's holding up well, but is very slightly tacky to the touch. It's not much of an issue except that the dog hair wants to cling and I used a damp cloth to wipe it off about every two weeks.
Thanks for the kind words! I'm really happy in my little egg.

The decal ghosting was the exact reason I decided to paint the band and I'm so happy with how it turned out. Thanks so much!

Great blog, congrats on the new adventure! I seldom grow much moss below me either.
As you start your journey, keep us informed through your blog as well as this site. I for one would be glad to give you some tips to enjoy your stay in Southern Alberta when (not if) you get here. Also, there may be times that you may need a little support, that is there without asking, just express the need. That applies to all.
