Painting the plywood in the storage areas

Is there any reason that I cannot paint the 5TA propane storage or the front storage area. I don’t want it to sweat or attract moisture and was wondering if it could cause problems.

I don’t think it would be a problem. Another simple idea on my to do list.

A great idea. Maybe use marine bilge paint. I've used this one before where I needed a tough paint that could handle getting wet.

Spar Urethane might be another good option.

My concern is will the sealing of the plywood encourage moisture buildup.

Did all the plywood both side on our 19 with regular leftover latex. It smooth the wood and ease clean up.

Also insulated under the bed board just to prevent moisture when sleeping.

One of the you-tube channels I like to watch is called Less Junk and More Journey. They are moving from a 30' Airstream to a BIG 5th wheel and the first thing they did was paint all the interior walls white, the walls had a vinyl wallpaper like you see in some less expensive mobile homes. I would have never thought to do something like this, they said it made it feel even bigger and more bright as well.

Enjoy the journey.

While some folks like white, and I have built in a few white kitchen cabinetry and painted walls white, like most others I much prefer warm colours as they feel more cheery, making me feel cheerier.

A good sealing coat of paint on the plywood will show the moisture not attract it. Instead of absorbing the moisture and possibly causing mildew you can have a film of water on the surface. Can you determine cause of moisture and remediate?

I concur that a good marine paint will seal the wood.

We coated all the wood framing under the bed in our 21 with spar urethane
I also removed the plywood bed platform and sealed the plywood with spar urethane
