Liking the drawer idea - that way you still are able to hang a few things! Was torn between all shelves vs hanger.

Yes, When I converted my Escape 19 to shelves I missed the hanging and with all hanging in the 21', I missed some shelves, this way I have both and room in front for dirty clothes bag.

I received my "add-a-drawer" and 12' LED awning light today. The add a drawer is installed under the dinette table, which in my case is front to rear slide. This additional space frees up a kitchen drawer which then frees up a nightstand drawer. Easy 5 minute install. Now the 12' awning led light is going to take some planning as it involves a hole in the side.

I'm having an external 12V outlet added on my 21 just forward of the rear awning mounting point for external lighting power. Batteries are right there, so could be an easy connection point.

Nice mod Jim. Could the drawers have been placed inboard a bit more? Or is there a flange at the top of the pedestal that precludes doing that?

Jim,
Thanks. I like the feature and water proof IP68. Is this a RGBW LED or just one color? I would prefer the Blue color.

Do you mean further back? It is against the rear wall and there is a wire run along the side so that prevented me from making it flush against the side. I also wanted to run a small screw into the wooden dowel at the top to secure it. There is also a small skew into the cabinet bottom. Notice the cedar floor in the closet, keeps it smelling nice.

If you search you can find any color, even multicolor. I wanted the natural white.

Sorry I wasn't clear. I meant towards the middle.

They can be moved laterally about any distance, in other words if you wanted to center then you could, leaving a small space on each side. I just thought with heavy winter jackets and sweats you needed some room. Your call. Available at WallyWorld.
