Popout 2 burner stove
I was at both the early bird rv show and the humdinger show.
A feature that I saw and liked was a small door on the side of travel trailers. Open the door and slide out a 2 burner stove. That would be a great option, to keep out all that steam from the rv.
I'll have to ask Reece.

Re: Popout 2 burner stove
I had that in a Coleman tent trailer many years ago. A second outdoor stove slid out. It got 95% of the cooking on it. It might be tougher to facilitate that on a fiberglass shell though.

I know what I will use for 95% of the time: My camping aluminum table and the 2 burner stove from my tent camping era.

Yep. They sit under the front left seat. Now, I wish that I had a cargo door there - but that would mean potential access for water.

Re: Popout 2 burner stove
We do most of our cooking on the BBQ and a Thunder Range ( a single burner butane range ). The butane is way faster ( hotter than propane - great for a fast cup of coffee ).
You can find the Thunder Range and cheaper versions for $30 to $50 at places like Home Hardware, Can Tire etc. and most Chinese, Japanese and Korean grocery stores. They light easily, measure about 12" x 12" x 3" and are light weight.
When I had the tent trailer, I put the Thunder Range on top of the propane stove and used it instead of propane.
You could buy two of them for the price of cutting a hole in the Escape, never mind all the other bits and pieces you would need for a slide-out stove. Besides, how would you install a range hood so your trailer doesn't get covered in grease...

Have a look at Thunder Range here:

I'm not saying buy it here, it's just a web site that popped up.

Re: Popout 2 burner stove
Geo, the camping table I got is one of those you just roll up. Just look at the attached URL for an example:

They work great, are easy to unfold and fold, sturdy, and light weight.

Re: Popout 2 burner stove
Great, you will love it! By the way, you also can use it nicely as additional dining table extension for large dinners, such as Thanksgiving. I did that last year, since I always have quite a crowd of people over for turkey
