Mine left some holes in the floor exposed, I think they were #12 screws so they are pretty big. I used a vinyl floor repair kit, worked fine. I know where the holes are and can see the fix if I look, no one else would ever notice. Similar to this one,

Yes, the holes are very visible. I used a light colored epoxy wood filler to fill them. I have the factory flooring which is light colored. They are almost invisible now; you would not notice them unless you knew. I don't have a picture, but will get one the next time I'm at my camper.

How thick is the plywood floor? And is there any space underneath it or does it sit directly on the shell? Just wondering about screw length.

What pedestal did you use? Been thinking about it but have not seen it done.
I assume the table is permanently mounted and can't be easily removed. I am
thinking about getting to the electronics below the table. It could be a pain
getting to them with the table there

Don't remember the screw length, I just added an 1/4" to the existing screws to make up for the thicker base of the Springfield.
