Yes, the 5.0 comes with a bathroom fan. Works great!!!

Is that the stock shower curtain rod now the long one?
I have the old I beam one--going to take it down tonight and put some round shower curtain hooks on it (we have a 17) and I also bought more 3M hooks which I will put on the wall behind the toilet... Also bought a new cloth shower curtain..

getting prepped for 3 weeks in the summer with a number of places with no services... And the simplicity of putting the curtain over the toilet-- thats what I always hated, getting,everything wet....

Of course can't put round hooks on the Ibeam track--it is right up to the ceiling--used the original small hooks and four more 3M hooks---looks like it should work fine...

I have been thinking of removing the curtain and installing a window roller shade over the door. I just want to protect the door and keep water from going outside the shower so a roller shade seems like it would work. What I'm concerned about is installing the mounting hardware. I have drilled holes in my trailer but this would be a little extreme.

I believe the door opening is framed, check yours. good idea on the roller shade. I have thought of replacing the door with a folding door that would be in the opening itself, a vinyl one would repel the water. The stock door is a little awkward open or closed.

I think the problem with a roller shade would be getting it dry enough to roll up without creating mildew.

More on shower curtains -- our track was also starting to rust as mentioned by someone earlier in this thread. Great Husband easily removed the track and spray-painted it so for the time being it's looking good again. I bought a polyester fabric shower curtain, with the dimension on the package saying 70 by 72, or was it 72 x 70? In any case, I cut it in half vertically, hemmed the new raw edges, and hemmed up the bottom about 1 1/4" shorter than it was originally. This made two shower curtains, with one to save for the future. The new length is just right to avoid dragging on the shower floor in a 19. The top of the shower curtain came with button holes, not grommets, and it works great with the track system standard to the Escape. We can already tell that the new shower curtain fits better than the vinyl original, and will hang better because it's not as long or as wide or as stiff. It also won't be bunched up on top of the raised floor by the toilet.

Our shower curtain is bundled by folding up at about the half-way down point so that the whole thing goes up about a foot there and then back down again, keeping it well off of the floor. It is held together in the middle where it is bundled with a strap around it that has velcro. You can do this with the original or a new curtain to keep it clean.

After 4 years, we did just what Liz did just a couple weeks ago, though we opted for one hole past half. The curtain hangs way nicer than the original as it does not bulk up, and tucks away nice too. Lisa also made a tieback out of the fabric that I attached in the corner that holds it real nice.
