Peerless P299568LF-SS Choice. Bought on Amazon. There are lots of more fancy models, but I wanted a direct replacement with no tools or mods.

Didn't think to Pat, but it literally is just a matter of unscrewing the water lines, removing the nuts that hold the faucet down, then pull the old one out and put the new one in. Took all of 3 minutes, no tools.
